Pricing: $150* (2 hrs.)

*All pricing is based on client providing cleaning supplies. Sizing based on standard two bedroom, one bathroom 1,000 sq. ft home.  Pricing is subject to change based on size and cleanliness.

🛋️Living Areas & Bedrooms

  • Dusting furniture, shelves, counters, and tables 

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs

  • Sweeping and mopping hardwood, tile, or laminate floors

  • Emptying trash bins

  • Tidying pillows, blankets, and visible clutter (if minimal)

🚽 Bathrooms

  • Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers

  • Wiping down mirrors, countertops, and fixtures

  • Emptying trash

  • Mopping floors

  • Replacing toilet paper (if provided)

🍽️ Kitchen

  • Wiping countertops and exterior of cabinets

  • Cleaning the sink and faucet

  • Wiping appliance exteriors (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove)

  • Sweeping and mopping the floor

  • Taking out the trash and replacing the liner

Residential Deep Cleaning

🏠 Whole House

  • Dusting of baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, and light fixtures

  • Wiping down doors, door frames, and switch plates

  • Cleaning window sills and tracks (interior only)

  • High/low dusting (cobwebs, corners, etc.)

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs

  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors

  • Sanitizing commonly touched surfaces (light switches, handles, etc.)

  • Dusting furniture, décor, and electronics

  • Vacuuming under furniture (if accessible)

  • Wiping mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Organizing surfaces (optional)

  • Cleaning under cushions and behind furniture

  • Deep cleaning outside and inside of microwave

  • Wiping down cabinets, backsplash, and countertops

  • Cleaning appliance exteriors (fridge, oven, dishwasher)

  • Cleaning inside of oven (upon request)

  • Scrubbing sink and faucet

  • Wiping inside drawers or fridge (optional add-on)

  • Scrubbing and disinfecting tubs, showers, and toilets

  • Cleaning tile grout and soap scum removal

  • Polishing faucets, mirrors, and chrome

  • Wiping cabinets and drawers (exterior; interior on request)
